Players should use the following modified version of the Barbarian instead of the one presented in the Player’s Handbook.
As a barbarian, you gain the following class features.
Hit Dice: 2d8 per barbarian level
Hit Points at 1st level: 16 + your Constitution Modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 2d8 (or 9) + your Constitution modifier per barbarian level after 1st.
Armor Proficiency: Light armor, Hide armor, buckler, small shields.
Weapon Proficiency: Axes (hand, battle, and great), Blowgun, Bows (short, long, including composite), Clubs (all), Dagger, Dart, Knife, Quarterstaff, Sling, Spears (all spears, including javelins and harpoons).
Tool Proficiency: Choose 2 from Cobbler’s Tools, Leatherworker’s Tools, Potter’s Tools, Weaver’s Tools, Woodworker’s Tools, and Herbalism Kit.
Saving Throws: Strength, Constitution.
Skills: Choose 2 from Animal Handling, Athletics, Intimidation, Nature, Perception, and Survival
• (a) A greataxe or (b) any martial weapon
• (a) 2 handaxes or (b) any simple weapon
• an explorer’s pack and 4 javelins.
Weapon choices should be restricted weapons the barbarian is proficient with.
Class Features from the 5th edition Player’s Handbook have not been changed at this time, if any changes are made, they will be posted here.
